Return Policy

We offer refund/exchange within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

In order to become eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  2. The item must be in its original packaging.

  3. If the item was purchased during a sale or promotional offer, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Further, products will be replaced by us (based on an approved exchange request) only if such products are found to be defective or damaged.

All exchanged, replaced, or damaged products approved for replacement will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

You agree that certain categories of products/items may be exempt from returns, exchanges, or refunds. Such exempt categories will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted return or exchange requests, once the returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt of the returned or exchanged product. If the request is approved after our quality check process, your return or exchange request will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 7 days of placing the order.

However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

  • The product is already out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.

The request will be reviewed after verification by the seller or merchant. Once the defect or damage is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with this policy.

Product Not Matching Description

If you believe that the product received is significantly different from what was displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your complaint, we will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement, return, or refund.

Manufacturer Warranty Products

For products that are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer directly regarding warranty-related claims.

Refund Processing

In case any refund is approved by BUDUPI VIJAYALAXMI, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
