This policy outlines how you can cancel an order or request a refund for a product or service purchased through our platform.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
However, a cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated, or the product is already out for delivery.
In such cases, you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep.
However, refunds or replacements may be provided if the delivered item is proven to be of poor quality.
Damaged or Defective Products
In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our customer service team.
Your request will be processed once the seller/merchant inspects and confirms the issue at their end.
This must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.
The exchanged/replaced product will be delivered within 3 business days.
Product Not as Described
If you feel the product received does not match its description on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.
Our team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Warranty-Related Issues
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please reach out directly to the manufacturer as per their warranty terms.
Refunds
If your refund is approved by RoyalHomeFlavors, it will be credited within 4 days.
Refunds are only applicable within 7 days of receiving the product.
