RoyalHomeFlavors – Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines how you can cancel an order or request a refund for a product or service purchased through our platform.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

  • However, a cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated, or the product is already out for delivery.

  • In such cases, you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep.

  •  However, refunds or replacements may be provided if the delivered item is proven to be of poor quality.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our customer service team.

  • Your request will be processed once the seller/merchant inspects and confirms the issue at their end.

  • This must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • The exchanged/replaced product will be delivered within 3 business days.

Product Not as Described

  • If you feel the product received does not match its description on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Our team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Warranty-Related Issues

  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please reach out directly to the manufacturer as per their warranty terms.

Refunds

  • If your refund is approved by RoyalHomeFlavors, it will be credited within 4 days.

  • Refunds are only applicable within 7 days of receiving the product.
